Everything you need to know before and after purchasing Canva Pro through Perksly.
1. Who is Canva Pro for?
Canva Pro is best suited for:
- Freelancers & content creators who produce graphics, videos, or social media content regularly
- Marketers & brand managers who need consistent branding across many formats
- Entrepreneurs & small business owners who want professional designs without hiring a designer
- Educators & non-profits (note: Canva offers a separate free programme for eligible organisations — check canva.com/education and canva.com/canva-for-nonprofits)
If you only design occasionally, Canva's free plan may be sufficient. Pro is worth it when you regularly need premium templates, brand kit controls, the Background Remover, Magic Resize, or expanded storage.
2. What features are included in Canva Pro?

3. Is this a personal seat or a team seat?
The Canva Pro subscription sold through Perksly is a single-user (personal) seat unless the listing explicitly states otherwise.
- One Canva Pro seat activates on one Canva account.
- Canva Pro does include collaboration and sharing features, but the Pro licence itself belongs to the account holder.
- If you need multiple Pro seats for a team, Canva offers Canva Teams (billed per seat). Contact us if you need multi-seat options.
- Sharing your login credentials is against Canva's Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.
4. How is access delivered after purchase?
Perksly delivers digital subscriptions immediately after payment is confirmed. Here's how it works:
- Complete checkout on Perksly.
- You will receive access details via email to the address used at checkout.
- Follow the instructions in that email to activate Canva Pro on your existing or new Canva account.
- If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact Perksly support.
Important: Ensure the email address you provide at checkout is active and accessible. Perksly is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses.
5. How does renewal work?
The subscription period and renewal terms are specified on the product listing. Common scenarios:
- Fixed-term (e.g. 1-year or 1-month): Access runs for the stated period. It does not auto-renew through Perksly — you would need to place a new order before expiry to maintain uninterrupted access.
- Recurring billing: If the listing states recurring billing, your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal date.
Check the specific product listing or your order confirmation for the exact term and renewal model that applies to your purchase.
6. Can I use Canva Pro for commercial projects?
Canva Pro's licence permits commercial use of Canva's own content (templates, stock media) subject to Canva's Content Licence Agreement. Key points:
- You may use Pro content in client work and commercial materials.
- You may not resell or redistribute Canva's stock assets as standalone files.
- Some elements carry an Extended Licence requirement for certain commercial uses (e.g. merchandise for resale).
Perksly does not grant any additional commercial rights beyond what Canva's own licence provides. Always review Canva's policies before using content commercially.
7. What support is available?
- Perksly support: For issues related to your order, delivery, or access credentials — contact Perksly directly through the contact details on this site.
- Canva support: For issues with the Canva platform itself (features not working, account problems, design questions) — contact Canva via canva.com/help.
8. Am I eligible for a refund?
Because Canva Pro is a digital subscription with immediate access upon delivery, the following applies:
- Refunds are not available once access has been delivered and activated.
- If access was not delivered or was incorrect, contact Perksly support within 48 hours of purchase and we will investigate and remedy the issue.
- Refund eligibility for undelivered or faulty orders is assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
